Mission of the Customer Advisory Council

The mission of the Segue Software Customer Advisory Council is to provide a formal platform for customers, partners and Segue to communicate information and exchange ideas for mutual benefit, to set measurable objectives, to grow and enhance the Segue product portfolio and to do each of these in a spirit of partnership.

Our vision for the Customer Advisory Council is to have customers share:

• The business challenges they face
• The technology strategies they are pursuing
• How they are using our solutions in the “real world”
• The results they have achieved - and hope to achieve - with Segue’s solutions
• The solutions they need and expect from Segue
• Reaction to Segue current plans and future directions

This intimate level of interaction and information exchange will help guide the next generation of Segue’s products and solutions, driving market leadership in the process.
