Follow signs to Boston, via the Sumner Tunnel (fare is $2.00 payable at entrance to tunnel). Get into the right lane, and immediately upon exiting the tunnel take a sharp right and follow signs for Interstate 93 Southbound and Interstate 90 - Mass Pike. Take the Mass Pike/Interstate 90 through two sets of tolls ($.50 each). At the 2nd toll, take exit 15 and follow signs for Route 128 North/Interstate 95 North.
Follow to exit 28A Trapelo Road. At the end of the exit ramp, take a right, and at the first set of lights take a left onto Smith Street. Follow for approximately 1/4 mile (Smith Street turns into Spring Street) and you will see the next entrance to "Spring Street Office Park". Take a left into the park and follow signs for 201 Spring Street. Visitor parking is located near the main entrance, as well as in the garage adjacent to the building. Segue's main reception is located on the first floor, to the left of the center staircase.
Take exit 28 Trapelo Road (if northbound exit 28A, if southbound exit 28) At the end of the exit ramp, take Trapelo Road east towards Belmont, and at the first set of lights take a left onto Smith Street. Take exit 54A Waltham Street, Waltham. At the bottom of the exit ramp, take a left at the stop sign onto Hayden Avenue. Follow Hayden Avenue to the end, and take a left at the stop sign - this will be Spring Street. You will cross over Route 2, pass a red barn on your right, and the next right will be the entrance to "Spring Street Office Park". Take a right into the park and follow signs for 201 Spring Street. Take exit 53 Spring Street. At the stop sign, take a left, this will be Spring Street. You will pass a red barn on your right, the next right will be the entrance to "Spring Street Office Park".
